When life feels uncertain, people search bible verses about God's promises looking for something fixed to hold onto. For fear, Isaiah 41:10 and Joshua 1:9 promise his presence and his help. For the days mercy feels far off, Lamentations 3:22-23 anchors you: "his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness."

How do you know the promises hold? 2 Corinthians 1:20 gives the answer the whole Bible builds toward: "all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen." Every promise is guaranteed in Christ. They are not vague optimism; they are secured by the character of the God who made them.
